Gas Purity Monitoring System (GPMS) is a fixed analytical system capable of analyzing trace oxygen and moisture in high purity hydrogen, nitrogen, helium, and argon bulk gases and trace moisture in oxygen and carbon dioxide. The system utilizes a series of cavity ring down spectrometers. Each spectrometer communicates with an on-board PLC for outbound communication with the customers FMS.

We have options for a one gas system (1G GPMS), three gas system (3G-GPMS), five gas system (5G-GPMS), or a six-gas system (6G-GPMS) to fit your needs!
