Siegfried Mueller is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals industry. With over 23 years at ASTG as the Owner / Founder, Siegfried has strong business development professional skilled in Gas, Management, Continuous Improvement, Product Development, and Research and Development (R&D). He is a globally recognized expert in advanced analytics and a former Global Operations Executive for BOC Gases.Siegfried is a Past President of the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) and is still an active participant on its Board.

Rick Papworth has been with ASTG for 15 years and currently serves as a Partner / Owner. He provides scientific consulting, laboratory services, products, and analytical support for the Medical, Semiconductor, Industrial Air Separation, and Food and Beverage industries. He previous served as a Project Engineer (Semiconductor) for BOC / Linde. Rick provides expertise on Military Fuels & Cryogenics for ASTG’s clients.

Larry Marcus brings 25 years of Sales Manager experience to ASTG. Previously with California Analytical Instruments, ASTG benefits from his experience providing solutions to emissions monitoring applications. His technology expertise includes Chemiluminescence, Flame Ionization, Nondispersive Infrared Sensor (NDIR), Paramagnetic, and Fourier-Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).

Brenna Breece is a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for leading her teams to success. With 8 years of experience in project management, she thrives on tackling complex challenges and delivering results-driven solutions. Combining strategic planning, effective communication, and team collaboration, her approach ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As the Project Execution Manager at ASTG, Brenna excels at empowering team members to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving continuous improvement. Whether it's coordinating cross-functional teams or mitigating risks, she's dedicated to driving projects forward while nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment.

Steve Mulligan has been with ASTG for over two years as the Manufacturing Execution Manager with over 24 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing. Steve’s role at ASTG is to take the manufacturing process to the next level of operational excellence as the company scales. He oversees a group of talented technicians. Steve’s mantra “We Are Builders” is a phrase that conveys a sense of collective action, collaboration, and progress,whether applied to physical infrastructure, technological advancements, or personal growth, the idea of being builders encourages a proactive mindset. Building a strong company culture in the manufacturing team is essential for employee satisfaction, retention, and ASTG’s success.

Dr. Kevin Ramazan is an expert in gas analysis and technology innovation with over 15 years of experience in analytical system design and development. Holding a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry specializing in atmospheric chemistry, he began his career supporting Intel in the semiconductor industry, where he refined his expertise in advanced analytical techniques and process optimization, before leading the development of long-path FTIR gas analyzers at California Analytical Instruments.

As Manager of Technology Development at ASTG, Kevin continues to drive innovation through precision, collaboration, and a customer-first approach — guided by his belief that "our success depends on our customers' success."
