A gas analyzer is only as good as the panel that drives it. This role builds that: control panels, wiring looms and the electrical assembly that turns a schematic into a system somebody can rely on. We hire into this role continuously, at every level from Technician I through Senior.

What you'll do
- Build and wire industrial control panels to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Work with PLC hardware and low-voltage control wiring to ASTG and industry standards
- Use electrical hand tools and test equipment to verify what you've built
- Raise discrepancies between drawing and build rather than working around them
- Follow all PPE and safety requirements, and keep the work area and materials in order
At Technician II and Senior, additionally
- Read and interpret complex schematics, and troubleshoot control systems independently
- Lead builds on complex or custom systems, and act as the escalation point for electrical issues
- Mentor Technician I and II colleagues and set workmanship standards
- Work directly with Engineering and Project teams on panel design and system integration
What you'll bring
Technician I
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or an associate degree in Electrical Technology preferred
- 2–5 years of electrical assembly experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- The ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Technician II
- 3–7 years of electrical assembly experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex schematics, and experience troubleshooting control systems
- The ability to work independently and mentor others
Senior Technician
- 7+ years of electrical assembly experience
- Expert in electrical schematics, panel design and system integration, with strong diagnostic skills
- Experience leading builds or mentoring teams, and deep knowledge of PLC systems and industrial standards
Across all levels
- Experience with industrial control panels
- Familiarity with PLC hardware, Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred
- An understanding of low-voltage and control wiring practices
- Proficiency with electrical hand tools and test equipment
